Delivery Information

Order Shipping 

When ordering items that need to be personalised or have a club or similar crests requiring embroidery or print we aim to have the goods with you in no more than 10 to 12 working days. 

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A daytime phone number (preferably a Mobile phone) is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you.

UK Delivery Options

We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival. You will receive an email and/or text you to give you a delivery window on the day of delivery.

International Delivery Options

We are also delighted to fulfill orders overseas. Please contact us and ask for a quote for international delivery charges.

Delivery Tracking

When we dispatch an order you will automatically receive a delivery confirmation from the BF Shop Site & you will also on the day of delivery receive an email and text message from our couriers confirming a time slot for your delivery. 

Returns Policy

Bespoke Goods

Goods that have been specially designed , or have been purchased on behalf of a School/College/University or organisation, or whose kit is of a bespoke design (i.e. not available as part of our Stock range). These bespoke goods are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Exception: We will only accept returns for Bespoke orders in the event of a manufacturing defect or fault. Where the fault is evident upon delivery, for example, a name has been incorrectly spelt, this must be reported to British Fencing Shop immediately. British Fencing Shop reserve the right to reject your claim if you report your goods after the 14th day of delivery. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions. Personalised/Customised Order


Stock item(s) that you have customised, or where you have purchased customised stock on behalf of a School/College/University or organisation, whose kit include logo(s), name(s) and/or number(s). These garments are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Plain Stock

You can return plain stock items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund only. The garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact. Any garments returned outside of this time will not be accepted. We will process accepted returns for a refund within 10 working days of receiving your return. Please be aware, plain stock does not include items with a British Fencing, or Fencer logo embroidered or printed on the garment. 

Please include the reason for your return, a copy of your receipt, (please retain proof of posting from your shipper).
