Delivery Information

 

Order Shipping 

We always aim to send your order as quickly as possible immediately upon receipt. Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will generally be dispatched the same day (provided they are stock garments & no personalisation or embroidery is required on the garments).  Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the following working day subject to the same conditions as above. When ordering items which need to be personalised or have club or similar crests requiring embroidery we aim to have the goods with you in no more than 10 working days. 

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A day time phone number (preferably Mobile phone) is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you.

 

UK Delivery Options

We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival. All our deliveries are sent out using DPD Couriers who will email and text you to give you a delivery window on the day of delivery.

Courier Delivery: - Min £4.99 – aims to arrive the next working day (subject to personalisation) 

Courier Before 12pm delivery: - Min £8.99  – aims to arrive the next working day by 12pm

 

International Delivery Options

We are also delighted to fulfill orders overseas. Please contact us and ask for a quote for international delivery charges.

 

Delivery Tracking

When we dispatch an order you will automatically receive a delivery confirmation from the BF Shop Site & you will also on the day of delivery receive an email and text message from our couriers DPD confirming a time slot for you delivery. Returns

If you are not happy with your BF Shop purchase for any reason, please return the item, along with the details requested below, within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to refund or exchange your items provided they are in perfect resalable condition in their original packaging.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • we are unable to refund delivery charges unless the reason for return is due to a defect in the product
  • we are unable refund or exchange products which have been personalised 

Please include the reason for your return, a copy of your receipt and whether you require a refund or exchange (please retain proof of posting from your shipper).
